1. Reservations and Payments
Reservations:
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Payments:
A deposit of [percentage or amount] is required to secure your reservation. We accept payments by credit/debit card, bank transfers and cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations within 7 days prior to check-in will be subject to a penalty of 25% of the rate.

subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
Requirements: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
3. Children and Adolescents Policy
This hotel is designed to offer tranquility, so we cannot accommodate children under 12 years old.
4. Occupancy and Rooms
Each room has a specified occupancy limit. The inclusion of additional guests is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Rooms are exclusively for registered guests.
5. Pets
Pets are not allowed inside the hotel.
6. Prohibitions and Liability

8. Behavior and Respect
We ask our guests to respect the tranquility and privacy of others. Any inappropriate conduct may be grounds for expulsion without refund.
